Our team has experience working across commercial, agricultural, equestrian and private projects throughout Warwickshire, the Midlands and the wider UK. We undertake projects of varying sizes and complexities, adapting our approach to suit each site and its individual requirements.

Sarah joined the team in 2015 with diverse experience in account management and business. Based at our offices just outside Henley in Arden Sarah manages all RKC's administrative matters to include finance & accounts, sales & marketing, health & safety, compliance and accreditations.
Oli Gunton
Contracts Manager
Oli has worked with RKC for many years, specialising in all aspects of groundworks. More recently, Oli has undertaken the role of Contracts Manager and is responsible for the planning and operation of all projects to facilitate a high-quality finish.
Jodie McGinn
Procurement Manager
Jodie joined the team in 2022 with an abundance of operations experience within the corporate construction industry. Jodie is responsible for all aspects of purchasing and procurement, and day to day operations.
